Refund policy

We want you to love what you get from us. Because we deal in a mix of brand-new parts, custom-made logos, and vintage gear, our return rules depend on exactly what you ordered.

The Basics

  • New Products: All new products are returnable for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Used & Refurbished Items: Because of their unique nature, used and refurbished product are non-returnable except in verified cases of shipping damage or loss.

Custom Vinyl Logos & Decals

Most of our vinyl logos are made to order based on the exact style, size, and color you choose. Because these are built specifically for you, they are generally non-returnable.

  • The Exception: If your order happens to be a very standard size and color, we might be able to take it back. Please contact us first before shipping anything so we can check if it qualifies.
  • Our Mistake? If we make an error on your order (wrong size, wrong color, or a typo on our end), we will fix it immediately. A replacement will be sent to you at absolutely no cost to you.

Drums & Instruments

Many of our drums and gear are vintage, used, or refurbished, meaning they carry unique history and character. If you need to return an instrument:

  • It must be in the exact same condition in which it arrived at your door.
  • It must include all original packing materials and boxes it was shipped in so it travels safely.

Shipping Costs & Return Labels

  • Shipping Fees: The cost of shipping any order is non-refundable. In the case of orders that qualified for Free Shipping, the actual freight cost to ship the original order to you will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. However, you can request a return shipping label from us, and we will deduct our cost for the label from your refund. (This is usually the cheaper option, as we get a better shipping rate as a retailer than you would get at a standard shipping counter!)
