Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on most US orders over $25 within the 48 continental states.

Processing & Handling: Standard orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
Standard & Small Parts: Most hardware, components, and standard orders qualify for free shipping over $25.
Shipping Calculated at Checkout: Select items do not qualify for free shipping. This usually applies to products that are oversized, heavy, or priced too low to build shipping costs into the item price. Shipping for these items is calculated directly at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Outside the 48 Continental States: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses will have standard carrier shipping calculated at checkout.
Delivery Addresses: Oversized or freight items requiring specialized ground carriers must be shipped to a physical street address rather than a PO Box.

We ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your package size, weight, and destination.

Processing & Estimated Delivery: International orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Total delivery time depends on your destination country and how quickly your regional customs office processes import clearance.
Pre-Paid Duties & Taxes (DDP): Whenever possible, we calculate and pre-pay your local VAT, import duties, and taxes at checkout. Your package clears customs quickly and arrives at your door with no surprise fees.
High-Value Orders: In rare cases where actual customs duties exceed automated estimates, we will contact you before shipping to review any details together.
Customs-Unpaid Destinations (DDU): If your country does not support pre-paid duties, your order will ship DDU. In these cases, you pay any local taxes or carrier fees directly upon delivery.
