Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on the vast majority of US orders over $25.
-
Small Parts & Decals: Shipped via standard ground services.
-
Large & Custom Items: For custom drums or larger hardware kits, our pricing structures are carefully adjusted to ensure these one-off specialty items can safely travel to you with no extra shipping costs.
- Exceptions & Freight Surcharges: While most orders qualify seamlessly, additional shipping or freight charges may occasionally apply under specific conditions. This includes extremely heavy/large items, exceptionally high-value orders, or shipments bound for remote destinations where carriers impose significant remote-area surcharges. If your order falls into one of these rare categories, we will contact you prior to fulfillment to discuss any necessary adjustments.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
To make international delivery as seamless as possible, we utilize DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping methods (such as GlobalPost Plus) whenever available. This means we make every effort to calculate and pre-pay all local taxes, VAT, and customs duties at checkout so your package can clear customs smoothly and arrive straight at your door with no surprise fees.
Important Exceptions for International Orders:
-
High-Value & High-Volume Orders: On certain international shipments—such as ordering a large quantity of small or inexpensive items that collectively push the package value into a high tax bracket—local customs duties can occasionally exceed standard system estimates.
-
Review Process: If the actual duties are significantly higher than what was collected at checkout, we will contact you before shipping to review the difference. We can bill you the difference directly so we can still pre-pay it for you, keeping your delivery completely hassle-free on your end.
-
Unresolved Customs Charges: In the event that a high-value order requires additional customs clearance fees that cannot be collected upfront, the buyer will be responsible for those final charges.
-
Non-DDP Countries: There are a select few countries where pre-paying duties is legally or technically impossible through our carriers. For these destinations, packages must be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and you will be responsible for paying any applicable import taxes or broker fees directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.
